Article 1 - Purpose
It is agreed between the parties that an order implies binding to the current terms and conditions of sale. These are likely to be modified, the applicable conditions are those in force on www.stickaz.com (hereinafter "the Site") on the day of purchase.
The terms and conditions are intended to govern the relationship between the Company and the User. They thus aim to define the terms of sale between the Company and the User, the ordering service after sale, including payment and delivery.

Article 2.2 – The order
Any order implies acceptance expressly and irrevocably of the prices and descriptions of products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will occur in the context of a possible exchange. The Users declares to have read and accepted irrevocably these Terms and Conditions before placing the order. Validating the order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The order will be permanently saved until the last validation of the payment screen control (by credit card or Paypal). Article 3 - Payment
Payment is made online by credit card. In case of specific request of the User, the invoice of the product will be inserted in the package containing the product ordered. The User is debited at the time of shipping.
Article 4 - Secure payment
To ensure the security of payments, www.stickaz.com site uses the secure payment service provided by Be2Bill Rentaliweb Group, the standard international payment service by Moneybookers / Skrill and Paypal. These services incorporates the standard SSL security. The confidential data (card number with 16 digits, expiration date and the security code) are transmitted in encrypted directly on the SIPS server without passing on physical media server Site.
Article 5 - Conditions and Delivery
The Company can only accept orders within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of (these) product(s) after placing the order, the User is informed by e-mail as soon as possible. The amount of product(s) canceled(s) will be deducted from the total amount debited. The User can only be delivered the number of products available in stock and promptly receive the rest of the order once the missing product(s) are available again. The price of the order remains unchanged.In case of permanent unavailability the User may decide to cancel the order and no bank debit will be made.
Article 6 - Shipping
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in euros all taxes included French (French 19.6% VAT and other applicable taxes), excluding fixed participation fee for processing (port and making the package according to applicable amounts): - The prices include VAT applicable on the date of the order. Article 7 - Pricing and Delivery

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

The delivered product is deemed compliant and accepted by the User and the Company reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. The Company takes every precaution to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition. If the User however has a problem when receiving the parcel (damaged packaging, missing product ...), the Company will then replace the damaged or non-compliance with the order, provided that the surfer returns the product to the Company within 30 days after the date on which the Company has confirmed by e-mail to replace it. The Company disclaims any liability for any breach of its contractual obligations owing to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including, but not that this list is not exhaustive, internal or external strike, fire, catastrophe, breakdown internal or external and generally any event does not allow the proper execution of orders. These general conditions of sale apply throughout the duration of on-line products offered by the Company.
